The DailyBuzz is a follow along, interval-based workout. These workouts use no equipment, require very little space, and are less than 10 minutes long. Each day we program a different DailyBuzz session meaning that no matter where you are, or how busy your day is you can make sure you get some movement in. You can work the intensity level to suit how you are feeling and of course modify any movements as required, the important thing is you get a workout in and moved your body.
The Follow Along library gives you access to all of our Follow Along workouts, including the DailyBuzz archive. Inside this library we have three main categories, Bodyweight, Equipment and Stretch. You can filter all of these videos by: > Time - in 10-minute increments. > Equipment available to you > Muscle Group (Upper Body / Lower Body / Full Body / Core) Note that these filters apply to the primary muscle group/focus of the workout, therefore a 'Lower Body' workout may still include some upper body exercises. > Workout Type - (Levels / High Intensity / Low Intensity / Stretch) You can also search for keywords in the video descriptions - for example, a specific movement.
The Workout Library offers an ever-growing database of workouts. These videos will give you the workout description and movement demos, as well as offer any scaling advice for more advanced movements. The workouts vary in type, from Conditioning, Strength, and Skill as well as Warm-Ups and may require some equipment. Once you have selected the workout(s) you can set yourself up and work through this in your own time. You can filter all of these videos by: > Time - in 10-minute increments. > Equipment available to you - note if you have just a single piece of equipment include the 'Only' filter - for example, selecting 'Kettlebell' and 'Only' will show workouts that only need a Kettlebell. > Muscle Group - Note that these filters apply to the primary muscle group(s)/focus of the workout. > Workout Type - (Strength / Skill / Conditioning as well as workout style - eg AMRAP/EMOM) You can also search for keywords in the video descriptions - for example, a specific movement.
The Movement Library offers a large database of individual movements and is great for finding a specific exercise, especially for accessory work, or for checking what a movement looks like that you may have seen in a workout description. These videos currently are short demonstrations only, but we plan to expand to tutorial videos as well. You can filter all of these videos by: > Equipment available to you > Muscle Group You can also search for keywords in the video descriptions - for example, a specific movement.
The Levels on the Follow Along videos refer to the complexity of the movements in the video. Level 1 means the workout consists of basic movements, suitable for beginners and Level 3 is more advanced movements, suited for those with more experience.
Low Intensity workouts indicated the tempo is slower, with movements that may require a slower pace with a more steady heart rate. High Intensity workouts indicated the tempo is fast and the workout is expected to raise your heart rate.
