COVID RELIEF FORM

If you are unable to attend classes due to COVID-related sickness or self-isolation, and are unable to make membership payments or utilise the online services available please complete the form below. 

Term fees for Youth classes will be refunded per class.

Membership fees for our Monthly/Fortnightly/Weekly membership options will be carried over and taken off your next payment when you return. 

This does not cancel your membership and we would love for you to still be part of the club and join us once you feel better. If you are on our main membership you will still retain access to our full online service
